This Project involved complete renovation and extension of an existing terrace house which included large amounts of structural changes and complete custom fit out.

The entire build was overseen by Rory Brooks Architects and every detail was carefully considered by AJP to ensure both client and architect satisfaction.

AJP CONSTRUCTIONS was selected to renovate an original 1960’s apartment after already renovating both adjoining neighbours. The project consisted of complete strip out of existing with new plumping and wiring. Bespoke Joinery was installed through out to a vary high level of finish.

The project involved demolition of structural walls and strip out existing. Renovation included new custom kitchen, complete bathroom renovation, patching and refinishing existing timber flooring, new robes and installation of flue less bio ethanol fireplace. This whole project was completed in a tight timeframe ensuring minimal disturbance for neighbours and clients.

AJP CONSTRUCTIONS was selected to renovate an apartment inside Elizabeth bays iconic Art Deco building “The Raymond”. The project was overseen by Donald Campbell of DC Design ensuring the interior fit out complemented the exterior of the apartment building.

The project involved complete renovation of two story house originally built in the early 20th. Century. Due to the age of the house there where major items that needed to be completely replaced including: new custom WRC doors and windows, structural and non structural building elements and timber cladding. The renovation made the dated existing house bright and practical for the new occupants to bring up their young family.
