Project Details

This comprehensive Bellevue Hill extension involved the demolition of an existing roof and internal brick walls in preparation for a new ground floor open plan layout. We advised a change from the proposed material to CLT, to enhance the sustainability of the project and maximise its affordability. All the timber came from local forests in NSW and Victoria, and unlike imported panels from overseas, each panel is made to size. This means almost no wastage.
