Project Details

AJP performed alterations and additions to existing structure, leading the partial demolition of existing structure and excavation for new addition. This project encompassed AJP’s co-ordination of a BIM model alongside the architectural model, for all structural items including dynamic ceiling structure. We had the ceiling structure prefabricated off site for fine accuracy. We were involved early in this project and were able to make recommendations to make the build more efficient. We swapped the majority of the structural steel roof structure with curved Glulam beams, which saved the client close to $50k, simplifying the installation and increasing environmental benefits.
